Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership for all civil & construction projects across sites.
• Oversee execution of civil & construction work at the site.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate potential project issues, delays, risks and develop proactive solutions.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies, budgets and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, legal and safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, handle contract documents and change orders.
• Report the project performance, risks and progress to the top management.
• Collaborate with other departments (Finance, Legal, etc.) for smooth project delivery.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurements of raw materials essential for project execution
• Mentor and guide the Associate Construction.

Key Skill :

• Strong leadership, negotiation and people management skills.
• Proven track record of handling large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of project planning software (MS Project) and AutoCAD/Planning tools
• Ability to resolve site-level technical issues.
• Thorough knowledge of worksite safety practices and regulatory compliance to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualification / Experience :

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in civil & construction with leadership exposure.
