Project Manager
The individual will be responsible for leading the entire Civil & Construction projects. Supervising the tasks of juniors, making strategic planning, execution , ensuring cost efficiency, quality, safety and timely delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for all civil & construction projects across sites.
- Oversee execution of civil & construction work at the site.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate potential project issues, delays, risks and develop proactive solutions.
- Develop and implement project execution strategies, budgets and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, legal and safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, handle contract documents and change orders.
- Report the project performance, risks and progress to the top management.
- Collaborate with other departments (Finance, Legal, etc.) for smooth project delivery.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurements of raw materials essential for project execution
- Mentor and guide the Associate Construction.
Key Skill :
- Strong leadership, negotiation and people management skills.
- Proven track record of handling large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of project planning software (MS Project) and AutoCAD/Planning tools
- Ability to resolve site-level technical issues.
- Thorough knowledge of worksite safety practices and regulatory compliance to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualification / Experience :
- Bachelorβs/Masterβs in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in civil & construction with leadership exposure.
